10% off purchase & exclusive coupons
The first thing to do when you shop at a new retailer is join their mailing list. This is the part that a lot of people leave out, except it’s really worth subscribing sometimes, and at Dick’s you get 10% off your next purchase when you join their email list, plus they’ll send you coupons and exclusive offers periodically.
Free delivery
How many times did you not have to discard a purchase because of the delivery costs? You only need to purchase in at least $49 amount at Dick’s online to receive free delivery, and what’s more, you can return any item free, in store, within 60 days.
Here’s another tip: You can buy online and pick up at the store without having to pay any shipping fees if you pick the order up within 2 hours. This is great for when you see an online exclusive, and you only have to pay at pick up.
Online and in-store clearance
You know the clearance rack is the first section many shoppers visit first? This is where you may want to be shopping first too. There are many clearance items at Dick’s stores, but their online selection is even better. These items end in .93 and .97.
Remember you can order online and avoid shipping fees if you pick the order up within 2 hours. It goes for clearance too, but your local store has to have the items.
Lots of freebies with purchase of equipment
You’ll have to present proof of purchase whenever requesting a freebie. Here are a few:
- In-store bike assembly for any bicycle purchases in stores or online
- Golf iron fitting with golf equipment purchase and 40% off repairs or adjustments
- Baseball glove services with purchase of any Mizuno or Pro Series glove
- Custom drilled bowling ball holes
- Hockey or figure skate sharpening and fitting
ScoreCard Rewards
Dick’s loyalty program gives you 1 point for every dollar spent online or in stores. After you sign up for their ScoreCard Rewards program, they’ll start sending you great offerings too such as percents off coupon for regular price items.
Remember that price tag ending in $0.00 and $0.99 represents full price items. You can save on these when you use coupons, but note that Dick’s Sporting Goods doesn’t accept competitor coupons. They do however price match competitors.
