Celebrate Coupons: Celebrate coupons are coupons provided to the e-mail subscribers who are members of Celebrate on brookshirebrothers.com or davidsfoods.com and are valid to use in all Brookshire Brothers, Davids Foods and B&B Stores. All Celebrate coupons are available for use while supplies last. Some Items may not be available at B&B Foods locations.

– Celebrate coupons are redeemed at face value only.
– The retailer accepts only one Celebrate coupon per purchased item, per person.
– Celebrate Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount card.
– Coupons must be presented at time of purchase; the retailer cannot return money for coupons not used.
– Coupons presented and items purchased must match exactly; size, variety, flavor, etc.
– The retailer uphold any purchase stipulations set forth by product manufacturer.
– The retailer accepts coupons for items only of equal or greater value; we do not give cash back.
– Must have a valid expiration date.
– Must have a scannable bar code.
– Coupons are acceptable in black and white.
– Celebrate coupons cannot be assigned, transferred, reproduced or combined with any other discount card and/or promotion.

Manufacturer Coupons:
– The retailer accepts only one manufacturer coupon per purchased item.
– Coupons must be presented at time of purchase; the retailer cannot return money for coupons not used.
– Coupons presented and items purchased must match exactly; size, variety, flavor, etc.
– The retailer upholds any purchase stipulations set forth by product manufacturer.

Brookshire Brothers DO NOT accept the following Manufacturer Coupons:
– Coupons containing offers that have a high dollar value (i.e. $5.00 or more).
– Coupons that appear to be copied or fraudulent.
– The retailer do not accept coupons on items not purchased.
– The retailer do not accept expired or competitor’s coupons.

Occasionally Brookshire Brothers stores may run a Double Coupon promotion – if that promotion is currently available the following restrictions will apply:
– Double up to $.99
– Limit 20 Coupons, per transaction, per day, per customer/household
– Transactions may NOT be separated that would allow the 20 coupon limit or other limits to be exceeded.
– Limit 3 coupons per any like items, including all flavors/varieties of a product line
– If the coupon states “Do not Double”, the coupon will not be doubled.

Internet Coupons:
Brookshire Brothers gladly accepts Internet manufacturer’s coupons for products.
– The retailer accepts only one Internet coupon per purchased item.
– Coupons must be presented at time of purchase; we cannot return money for coupons not used.
– Coupons presented and items purchased must match exactly; size, variety, flavor, etc.
– The retailer upholds any purchase stipulations set forth by product manufacturer.
– The retailer accepts coupons for items only of equal or greater value; we do not give cash back.
– Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” with specific item requirements printed on them.
– Must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer.
– Must have a valid expiration date.
– Must have a scannable bar code and scan at the register.
– Coupons are acceptable in black and white.
– Internet coupons cannot be assigned, transferred, reproduced or combined with any other discount card and/or promotion.

Brookshire Brothers DO NOT accept the following Internet Coupons:
– The retailer will decline the use of coupons containing offers that have a high dollar value (i.e. $5.00 or more).
– The retailer will decline coupons that appear to be copied or fraudulent.
– The retailer do not accept coupons in which the bar code will not scan.
– The retailer do not accept coupons on items not purchased.
– The retailer do not accept expired or competitors coupons.
– The retailer do not accept any “free product” internet coupons.

Competitor’s Coupons:
– The retailer do not accept any competitors’ coupons.
– The retailer do not accept any Internet coupons from other retailers.

Rain Checks:
– Rain checks must be used by issued expiration date. Not to exceed 30 days.
– The retailer do not issue rain checks for coupon items that are “while supplies last”, or “Clearance” items.
– The retailer reserve the right to limit rain check quantities based on product availability and advertised limits.
